Production Time

Each Sweet Sparkle Design is handcrafted and receives careful artistic attention.  We will also make every effort to also ship your purchase quickly.  Please allow up to 7 days* after payment receipt for creation of your custom design (not including shipping time).  If there should be an unexpected delay, we will contact you immediately. 

*Holiday season orders may require more time.  Please order 2-3 weeks prior to the holiday.

Sweet Sparkle Designs is proud to offer FREE Shipping via USPS First-Class mail with Delivery Confirmation to the 48 contiguous United States.

Expedited Production & Express Shipping

If your order requires rush production and express shipping, chose this $20 option when ordering, and include any special instructions in comments at check out.  Your design production will be expedited (24 hours) and shipped USPS Express Mail (a 1-2 day service per USPS).

Privacy Policy

Sweet Sparkle Designs, LLC has a firm commitment to your privacy and the protection of your information. We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone for promotional use without your advance permission.  All payment processing is handled safely and securely via PayPal.  We do not retain or store your credit card information.

Quality Guarantee & Return Policy

Sweet Sparkle Designs takes great pride in the loving care and quality crafting each design receives.  We also strive to provide excellent personal customer service.  If your Sweet Sparkle Design is not the quality you anticipated, you will be refunded the purchase price upon return of the item.  For refund to be processed, we must be advised via email to holly@sweetsparkledesigns.com  within 3 days of item receipt, and item must be returned within 10 days of receipt.
